3. Shipping Cost
We offer FREE tracked shipping on all orders.
4. Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your package.
5. Customs & Import Taxes
International customers may be subject to customs fees or import taxes. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. We cannot predict or cover these charges.
6. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
7. Free 30-Day Returns
We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
Unused
In its original condition
Returned with the original packaging
Not damaged by misuse

8. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you if the refund is approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note that it may take a few business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
9. Exchanges
